KTB Saucy to Curate Our Scoville Showdown
The Charleston Wing Fest is proud to partner with well known Hot Sauce reviewer and expert Mrs. KTB Saucy. She has joined us with a mission to curate the mild to wild sauces we use for our Home Fixologists Scoville Showdown.
Charleston Wing Fest Founder Thomas Evans says “Katie is a well known Hot Sauce and Pepper influencer who has been on stage at these tables competing. Given that and her relationships made via her Social Media Reviews, we consider her our expert on all things hot and are blessed to have convinced her to join us on this journey of curating as well as educating everyone on November 17th”
Katie and her husband Will own the Cap Cave retail store and will also be managing our Scoville Sample Bar at the Charleston Wing Fest.
When you come out, make sure to tell them hello and try some sauces in differing levels of heat on the scoville scale.

Reggie is a Charleston native and has modeled his Warrant Man Pepper Co after a long career in law enforcement. We can’t wait to get our hand on some of his lip tingling sauces like “Clearly Guilty” “Aggravated Assault” & “Homicide”

The Detail Supply Company Set To Vend
The Detail Supply Company has jumped on board to vend with us on November 17th. Owner Aaron Locke says “We know the event will be a success, so lock us in please.” Expect to see some giveaways from them, including some tickets to the Charleston Wing Festival in the coming months on their social media.

The Date is Set!
November 17th will bring an amazing event to the Hanahan Ampitheater. If you love chicken wings then this event will be a must attend for you. Expect to hang out with your family in a lovely park style atmosphere while eating some of the best wings that the Charleston area has to offer.
Certain ticket holders will be able to get free wing samples and cast their vote for “Crowd Favorite” and “Best Sauce.” You will also enjoy our crowd competitions like “Hot Wing Challenge” or the kids “Bobbing for Veggies”
We will have games and activities for adults and children, hot wings, cold beer and good music. What more could you ask for?
