The Charleston Wing Fest is proud to partner with well known Hot Sauce reviewer and expert Mrs. KTB Saucy. She has joined us with a mission to curate the mild to wild sauces we use for our Home Fixologists Scoville Showdown.

Katie and her husband Will own the Cap Cave retail store and will also be managing our Scoville Sample Bar at the Charleston Wing Fest.

Reggie is a Charleston native and has modeled his Warrant Man Pepper Co after a long career in law enforcement.
